COMMISSIONS1. You will be expected to pay in full after you approve the sketch.
_{1a. Commissions over $10 may choose to pay half up front, and half upon completion.}
2. My currency is USD and I expect the equivalent of my payment in your own currency. (for example, if you are to pay me $5 in your own currency but that converts to be under $5 in USD, I will expect you to pay “higher” so that it is equivalent to $5USD.)
3. You may not use my art for mass production (making t-shirts, merch, prints, ect).
_{3a. You may get permission from me for individual pieces of merchandise by contacting me through any of my social media sites or by email.}
4. You may not use my art uncredited (posting to your account, website, using as a profile picture, ect).
5. You may not claim my art as your own or someone else’s.
6. You may not edit my art.

7. You may not remove my watermark or change/post it in a way where it is not visible
8. You may add the value of my commission to your character but the value cannot be higher than what you paid
9. Do NOT, under any circumstances, turn my designs into NFTs, AI training fodder, or anything similar.ADDED RULES FOR CUSTOMS/ADOPTS (ALL COMMISSION RULES ALSO APPLY)1. You may not resell my design for higher than you bought it unless you have added substantial art to the character (either your own or commissions, trades/gifts do not count).
2. You may not sell a design you got from me through trading without substantial added art (either your own or commissions, trades/gifts do not count)
3. All credit must always be able to be traced back to me. I don’t require you to credit me every single time you draw your character but if someone asks you have to credit me, ect.
4. Designs will only be transferred after I have received my payment in full
5. Do not offer things you cannot provide. Art trades have a two-week deadline with the possibility of an extension in certain cases monetary payments must be paid immediately and cannot be done in multiple payments
6. Do not offer crypto or nfts
7. Designs cannot be used for mass production of products, including, but not limited to: pins, shirts, keychains, prints, merchandise, etc.

All sales are Final. By purchasing a commission or design from me, you automatically agree to my TOS.
